- INGREDIENTS:

- 1.2 sticks butter,melted.

- 2.2 tablespoons sugar.

- 3.1 pinch salt.

- 4.1/2 cup warm milk.

- 5.1 package active dry yeast or 1 yeast cake.

- 6.3 egg yolks.

- 7.2-21/2 cups flour.

- 8.Cinnamon.

- 9.Sugar.

- 10.Raisins.

- INSTRUCTIONS:Mix melted butter,sugar and egg yolks in a bowl.In
- a separate bowl,mix the yeast with the warm
- milk[105^-115^].Mix the two bowls together and slowly add the
- flour until the mixture becomes a dough ball.Place in a bowl
- covered by waxpaper overnight in the refrigerator.Cut off about
- 1/4 of the dough and roll out to approx. 1/8 inch,brush the dough
- with melted butter,sprinkle with a sugar and cinnamon mix and
- sprinkle with raisins{chopped walnuts optional}.Roll up and cut
- into peices,place on a greased cookie sheet,cut side down and
- place in a pre-heated oven at 350^ for 20-25 minutes.
